10cc performs their first concert at Palace Lido on the Isle of Man on August 26, 1973. The group was comprised of studio veterans Kevin Godley, Lol Creme, Eric Stewart and Graham Gouldman. Godley and Creme were childhood friends in Manchester and collaborated throughout the 60s. Stewart and Gouldman were bandmates in the chart-topping Mindbenders. 10cc notched their first U.S. hit with "I'm Not In Love" in 1975. However, Godley and Creme would depart before the band would score their second top 10 single "The Things We Do For Love" just two years later.
