Description: On September 14th and 15th, 2012, the Ozark Folk Center State Park is proud to host the Arkansas State Fiddle Championship. Come and see the best fiddlers compete for bragging’ rights in the senior, Junior and Open Divisions. Contests start in the afternoon and run until the evening show time. Our Fiddle judges this year are Texas Shorty, Roger Fountain and Brandon Apple. The judges will be special performing guests on the show each night. The contest is sanctioned by the Arkansas Old-time Fiddlers Association. There is a total of $1,650 cash prizes.
